Toray T1000 & T1100 pre-preg carbon sheets hand-laid into precision molds by skilled technicians.

Curing & Molding
Frames cured in high-temperature, high-pressure molds — producing an extremely strong monocoque structure.

Painting & Finishing
In-house paint booths for matte, glossy and custom-livery finishes. Full brand customization supported.

Quality Control
IQC → PQC → FQC → OQC. Each frame is weighed, stress-tested and visually inspected before shipping.

Assembly & Test
Frame set is trial-assembled and torque-checked to verify fit and alignment prior to packing.

Packing & Ship
Well-protected, foam-wrapped, box-in-box packaging for safe worldwide delivery.
